Description

Once Upon a Christmas Christmas is coming and Santa's house is buzzing with activity, but somehow the old boy's heart isn't in it this year. Twice Upon a Christmas Kristin Claus, now a devoted nanny to the Morgan family, is suffering from acute memory loss. Little does she know that her father is Santa Claus, living in the North Pole wither her mother, Mrs. Claus, and mischievous sister, Rudolpha. As Kristin grows closer to the Morgan family the answer to who she is seems ever more elusive. But then a big surprise - a proposal of marriage from Bill! Torn between her love for the Morgans and the life she can't remember, she agrees to marry Bill on Christmas Day - but only if they first solve the mystery of her identity. Back at the North Pole, trouble is brewing. In Kristin's absence, the scheming Rudolpha sets about sabotaging Christmas. To clear the way for a lucrative property deal, she launches a TV advertising campaign to sell off the pole, piece by piece. Christmas is under threat. Santa could be out of a job!   • Next Day - you will receive your order in 1 day. This service is only available on orders placed Monday through Thursday
  • The timeliness of service to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. may be affected by the limited availability of transportation. Due to the variability of transportation, Package Services and USPS packages may take up to two to five weeks to reach Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and any U.S. Territories. This includes ZIP Codes with prefixes of 967 and 969 and those with the following prefixes: 995, 996, 997, 998, 999, 968, 006, 007, 008, and 009

I have received my item, but now I want to return it?

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of the item being received to you for a full refund. Please note that DVDs, Blu-rays, and 4Ks that have been opened or have had their shrink-wrap removed are not eligible for return.


I have received an item that I didn’t order

Apologies, our mistake! You can return the item to us within 14 days upon receiving it for a full refund.


I have received my item but it's damaged or faulty. What should I do?

If your item has arrived damaged or is faulty, we will make this right as soon as possible, either by sending a replacement item to you or refunding your account. If we ask for the item to be returned to us, then CLICKII.com will pay for the cost of the return via a pre-paid label.


How do I return an item?

To arrange a return please contact us at customerservice@clickii.com and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you. All you need to tell us is which item you wish to return and the reason why. We will then issue you with the Returns address, specific to that item, along with your unique Returns Authorization (RA) number.


When will I receive my refund/replacement?

We will process your refund / replacement as soon as your item is received back into our warehouse. Replacements are subject to availability and, if the replacement is not available a refund will be given instead.
